Welcome to Norzer! By using our WordPress hosting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, fair, and reliable experience for all clients.
1. Services Provided
Norzer offers two types of hosting plans:
✅ Managed Hosting (Hands-Off)
For business owners who want us to handle everything:
WordPress updates
Plugin/theme management
Security hardening
Uptime monitoring
Break/fix support
⚙️ Standard Hosting (Do-It-Yourself)
For clients who prefer more control:
You handle your own updates, fixes, and troubleshooting
We manage the hosting platform and server environment
❗Website design, redesigns, content updates, or graphic work are not included in any hosting plan unless specifically contracted as a separate service.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate billing and contact details
Have legal authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Norzer hosting for:
Illegal activity or unlawful content
Malware, phishing, or spam
Adult content or hate speech
High-resource applications or non-WordPress software (unless approved)
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Billing & Payments
Hosting is billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
Payments are due in advance.
Invoices are delivered via email or client dashboard.
Refund Policy:
We do offer prorated refunds for unused time if you cancel your hosting plan. If you prepaid for a longer term, we’ll refund the remaining unused portion based on your cancellation date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Backups & Data Responsibility
We perform daily backups and retain restore points.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own off-site backups as well.
Norzer is not liable for data loss caused by user actions, plugin issues, or unauthorized access.
6. Security
Norzer provides server-level protections through the 20i platform, including:
Firewalls
Malware scanning
Brute-force mitigation
Managed Hosting clients receive:
Additional WordPress hardening
Security plugin setup and monitoring
Breach cleanup assistance
Standard Hosting clients are responsible for their own WordPress-level security.
7. Domain & Email Services
Domains and email are not included by default.
We can register domains or set up basic email/forwarding as an add-on.
You retain full ownership of any domain registered through Norzer.
8. Client Responsibilities
Managed Hosting Clients:
Provide timely access or approvals when needed
Avoid undoing security or optimization changes without coordinating with us
Standard Hosting Clients:
Are responsible for all WordPress-level changes, updates, and break/fix work
Should understand how to manage their own plugins, themes, and content
9. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing support@norzer.me.
We will:
Cancel your service as requested
Provide a prorated refund for any unused time
Retain your backups for 7 days unless instructed otherwise
Norzer may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Non-payment
Activities that compromise platform stability or security
10. Limitation of Liability
Norzer is not liable for:
Lost income, business disruption, or reputational harm
Plugin conflicts, design changes, or third-party code failures
Damages beyond the total fees you’ve paid for hosting in the past 12 months
11. Design Work Disclaimer
Hosting plans do not include:
Web design or redesign
Branding or graphic work
Content population or copywriting
Landing pages or plugin configuration
These services are available separately — just ask and we’ll provide a quote.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version.
